We bought four adjoining freeholds with existing offices and shops within in the heart of Southampton Cenre, with permitted development right to supply 30 one and two bedroom and 10 commerical units on groud floor. We subsequently improved the planning consent through adding an additional floor. We operate this project in three phases which allows existing tenants bring in income while conversion works being carried out.


The project currently achieve a profit of 80% on costs within 12 months. We anticipate another £1m in profit when additional floor being added.
