The development converted the former government building into a key worker and student accommodation with 200 studios, close to Liverpool and transportation and historical site. It’s being part of the regeneration plan for the local government.

The development is going to demolish and rebuild a 7 storey hotel apartments with in 500m away from Liverpool train station. The hotel is going to be licensed under one of the 5 star hotel chain and operate.

Full license agreement signed in 2018 with Hilton. Management team in place and we are currently at foundation level/demolition level.
